Curd Rice is one of my go to food, when I crave for something simple and easy. Here is my recipe for curd rice that will take 5 minutes of prep time and at max 20 minutes to put it all together. This is my go to recipe when I am binging on Netflix. Although the curd rice is awesome on its sown, to take it to another level, pair it with some spicy coconut chutney or gun powder, fried curd chillies, pappad and pickle. Bon Appetit!!!
